Houses
On joining St Christopher's, each girl is put into one of four houses. They will be a member of this house for all their time at the school.
Pupils are divided into four vertically grouped houses so that girls from all year groups work together on shared achievements, raising money for charity, and earning merits for work and conduct. School council chose female role models from different fields as names for each house, which are Bronte, North, Nightingale and Pankhurst.
Regular house meetings include time to focus on key theme, such as wellbeing or e-safety.. The girls work together on mini projects and pupil-led discussions. These, as well as school council, offer them a voice, empowering them to drive forward changes that they would like to see in the school.
There is friendly rivalry between the houses, and at sports day, girls participate on behalf of their house.
